For Windows 95/98 double click on MY COMPUTER then again on DIAL UP NETWORKING. You will see an icon there for CompuVision. Click it once to highlight it and then click FILE / PROPERTIES.

Edit the phone number in this blank in order to change the phone number your computer dials. 

If you have call waiting you may want to temporarily disable call waiting by preceding your number to dial with *70,
