Invoice delivery options

In our continuing effort to provide the best service for the best price, CompuVision is changing over to emailed invoices.  Invoices will now be sent via email to a customer's primary CompuVision account according to the schedule available here.

While we believe many of our customers will appreciate the benefits of electronic invoicing, we realize that not all of our customers march to the same beat.  As such, we offer the following options for those of you who need an alternative to standard emailed invoices.

• If you use another email service, follow these instructions to forward your CompuVision email to another address:

1. Click here to open the IMail web interface in a second window; or, from the CompuVision homepage, www.compuvision.net, choose “Check your CompuVision.net e-mail here”.
2. Enter your CompuVision username and password.  Choose “Logon”.
3. From the pull down menu near the top of the page, choose “Change Mail Forwarding Information”.
4. Enter the e-mail address to which you would like your CompuVision invoice sent.
5. Choose “Save”.

• If you use your CompuVision email, but need the invoices sent to another address, you need to forward the invoice to that address when you receive it.  We cannot send invoices directly to a non-CompuVision email address because we could not guarantee the delivery of the emailed invoices.
   
• For those who need a paper invoice mailed via U.S. Postal Service, we offer a Business Class dial-up service for $24.95 per month that includes invoices sent by first-class mail.  Please contact us to upgrade your account to Business Class.
   
• Customers who currently pay at least $24.95 per month (for ISDN, Web packages, etc.) can request paper invoices as part of their service with no additional charge.  Please contact us to arrange for paper invoicing.
