                    Charlie Gandy

How many have lived in New Braunfels all their life?  Only 1

Half of all attendees are from outside Texas

We are discussing an element of Quality of Life

The question is:  What will New Braunfels look like in 50 years?

Will you be let this change happen to you or be engaged in the process?

Most elements of what we will talk about today used to exist in New
Braunfels, but were lost as transportation planning changed to emphasize
                               cars.
