Quarterly invoices are e-mailed 30 days prior to the first day of the quarter.

That means your quarterly invoices are dated:

March 1
June 1
September 1
December 1

The terms on the invoice are net 15
(see the upper right area of the invoice).

That means the payment is due 15 days after the date of the invoice,
which would be:

March 15
June 15
September 15
December 15

This allows us the required time
to process your check and post it in our system.

Similarly, annual and semi-annual invoices are e-mailed 30 days prior to the
subscription renewal date. For example, if your annual service expires on
August 1, your invoice would be e-mailed on July 1, and payment would be due
by July 15, to allow for processing.
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

CompuVision will refund any unused time. This unused time is prorated in full month increments. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the 20th of the month prior. For example if you cancel on the 20th of June, you receive a refund for July. If you cancel on the 30th of June you will not receive a refund for July, but any paid months you have after July will be refunded. CompuVision offers an option of a 6month prepaid special account. This account is reserved for new subscribers and is not refundable.
